Kimberley offers a variety of different therapies however she primarily studies Myofascial techniques like:

Structural Integration, Visceral manipulation, Craniosacral, and Myofascial Release.

She will be gravitating away from traditional massage as she gets more specialized in these categories of massage therapy.

Massage therapy

$105 – 60min

Offering therapeutic massage, customized to each individual. Each technique is done with purpose. Aiming to balance the tone of muscle and resolve patterns of compensation.

Note: Kim will often combine MFR and Massage, so please specify if you prefer traditional massage therapy with lotion.

Craniosacral Therapy

$105 - 60min

Craniosacral Therapy works on the fascia of the brain and spinal cord.

Myofascial Therapy/ Structural Integration

$105 – 60min

This treatment works deep into the connective tissues to effectively release adhesions, hydrate the tissues and improve range of motion. Generally this treatment yields the best long term results for pain or dysfunction. Pressure can be modified for treatment intensity.

Visceral Manipulation

$105 – 60min

Organ specific fascial mobilization.

Visceral helps restore movement to the organs thus recreating harmony, improving communication and releasing pressure.

This treatment is very relaxing but may require a bit of moving around. Shorts and a sports bra are recommended.

Vacuum cupping

$105 - 60min

A unique approach to the fascia and body fluids. Cupping has the ability to affect deeper tissue, remove fascial restrictions and increase range of motion.

Note: Cupping is a great treatment for the back.

However, If you want deep fascial work anywhere else I recommend trying MFR/Structural integration. (These treatments can be combined)

Deep Tissue Hot Stone Massage

$120 – 60min

The heat and pressure from the rocks relieve tight muscles while aiding circulation and detoxification. Recommended as a full body treatment or for specific work on large muscles, such as arms and legs.

Note: Cupping can be added to this treatment. Just mention it when you arrive.

Where did Raindrop therapy go?

I still offer raindrop therapy but you need email me or text me to book this appointment. I have to offer this treatment later in the evenings to avoid conflicts with my coworkers with asthma.

Raindrop therapy is a mix of aromatherapy and massage on the back and calfs. I use 10 therapeutic grade essential oils applied in a sequence. The oils used are Valor, Ravensara, Oregano, Thyme, Wintergreen, Cypress, Peppermint, Basil, Lavender and Marjoram.
